This Kuhl Stealth casual shirt is actually quite technical. It's woven from a nylon microfiber with dull yarns for a luxurious soft hand. UPF 30. Negatively charged silver ions help prevent the growth of bacteria and keeps heat away from the skin to help you stay cool.

The Ultraviolet Protection Factor (or “UPF”) rating system measures the UV protection provided by fabric. It is very similar to the SPF rating system used for sunscreens. A fabric rated UPF 30 is blocking 96.7% UV; UPF of 50 blocks 98% of the UV radiation. Skin cancer risk can be reduced with effectively limiting the amount of exposure to the sun’s ultraviolet light spectrum.
