Patagonia Womens Rain Shadow Pants (Autumn 2012)
Light enough to be an afterthought until the downpour; our Rain Shadow Pants provide fully seam-sealed waterproof/breathable protection. They're made from packable, lightweight and tear-resistant 2.5-layer 100% nylon with an H2NoŽ barrier and a DelugeŽ DWR (durable water repellent) finish. On the inside, a raised pattern diffuses and channels moisture away from the skin, aids in hassle-free layering, and enhances long-term durability. Features include a buttoned, partially elasticized separating waistband with a zip-fly; a clean, comfortable finish; articulated knees; and fully separating side zips with snap closures at the ankle and waist. Gripper elastic cuffs. Recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program. Recyclable through the Common Threads Recycling Program 297 g (10.5 oz) Made in Vietnam. Material 2.5-layer H2NoŽ shell fabrics are waterproof, windproof, breathable and highly packable. They combine a water-repellent shell fabric with our H2No waterproof barrier and a raised pattern on the inside, instead of the full-coverage interior scrim used in 3-layer fabrics. The raised pattern makes 2.5-layer fabric packages lighter and more compressible while still protecting the waterproof barrier.
