Besides, we're what folks call self-reliant. Meaning these snowshoes can get us back into places where the ability to whip together a shelter for the night is a useful skill. They're also built for serious loads in deep snow for times when you need to haul the less-prepared and their self-help books back to town.

CRAMPONS: Condor System. Our largest, most aggressive stainless-steel system with serious rear crampons for stability when descending hills. Powder-coated to shed snow and ice.

FRAME: Oversized 7/8" extruded 6000 Series aluminum. Western Round tail design for maximum floatation.

DECKING: TX 45 Rip Stop - Our strongest, most durable and abrasion resistant material that stays soft in sub zero temperatures.

BINDINGS:Choice of high-performance bindings: Epic™- Injection-molded, 3 ratchet strap system designed for quick, easy entry and release. Each strap is adjustable to fit any size shoe or boot. Just pop it off and set at the desired length. High quality rachets fine tune the fit securely and comfortably. Ultra- Reflex Material. A lightweight binding system which combines a quick V-strap to secure toe and a simple ratchet tightening sytem to adjust the heel strap.

HINGE: Pivot Rod allows tail of shoe to stay down during stride, keeping the tips up for greater stability. Ideal for use in deeper snow.
