EverestGear.com started as an internet-only company and now has several retail stores in addition to our internet business. We are a company based out of the historic, small town of Granville, Ohio; we focus on our customer service and shipping fullfillment. The Worthington and Bethel Stores have everything you need to go backpacking or climbing. Granville has a little bit of everything while also being part of our internet warehouse so it is a little packed with all its gear. Moreover, people actually fly in from other countries to see us and be outfitted for Mount Everest! We sell only the best of outdoor apparel and equipment. These top brands include Mountain Hardwear, Millet, Mammut, Asolo, Chaco, Lolë, Patagonia, LaSportiva, Lowa and many more. This enables us to provide our customers with the best outdoor experience they can get. You can even send us pictures of you using your gear for us to post (send to webmaster@everestgear.com)! We love hearing feedback. You will notice that we greet each customer with the smile and the care they deserve. Also, we try extremely hard to satisfy our customers and give them the price they deserve. We LOVE suggestions! You will also notice some of things about our store: You have a 90% chance of receiving a box that has already been used. We are not like other companies who just throw away boxes that are almost brand new. We use them again to ship back out to our customers. We find this is better than filling up several extremely large landfills with the number of boxes we get in the mail everyday! We ask that our customers do the same and reuse the boxes they get from us. There are many creative ways to use a box; you just have to think a little. We only sell new gear and clothes. We do not rent gear nor do we sell any used items.
We also do NOT SEND PAPER RECEIPTS with our packages! We think that this is a waste of paper as you get the same exact receipt by email the day that you order from us. Furthermore, we do not send you ANY spam email when you give us your email address. We hate spam mail as much as the next person, but we welcome you to sign up for our newsletter for special updates on deals. Additionally, we are quick to ship everything out and do not have a problem with returns. We only ask that you send us an email at help@everestgear.com, or reply to your order confirmation email, and we will send you back a RMA number and instructions on what to do next. We want all of our customers to be happy! So returns, exchanges, questions; NO PROBLEM!! We hope that you enjoy our business!
