We ship 7 days a week and on Many holidays, but UPS only moves packages on "business days", which is Monday-Friday, sometimes they are loaded into a truck, or moved to the terminal... but you will not see your package tracking move on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays etc.... So while we pack and ship the item, the tracking will not move.... or update....until the BUSINESS DAY

Can you cancel an order or make changes to an order after placing it? Out top priority to get get you our order fast. Once an order is placed , we begin processing it . It is very hard and sometimes impossible to make changes to an order after it is placed. We offer Free Ground shipping for orders $49 or more to the all 50 states. This even includes sale items!



NOTE there are some heavy and large items that are exceptions, that we cannot ship to Hi and AK.... If you order one of those items we will contact you.

Almost every item has an availability status , these are 99% accurate. If your item(s) is not in stock, we will give you a call or email ASAP to let you know the status of the item and the estimated date the item is due in to our warehouse.

  • Orders under $49 and going Ground cost $7 in shipping (to the lower 50 states).
  • Ground shipments could come UPS or USPS. If you need one service over the others please note that in the “Comments” of your order.

  • UPS only moves, and is only delivered, on Monday-Friday, NOT Saturday or Sunday. UPS Saturday delivery costs an arm and a leg, and we do not offer that option. Shipping holidays are denoted below. USPS moves Saturday mornings, but does NOT move Sunday.


  • To view your estimated* expedited shipping costs please put in your shipping zip code in the checkout before changing the shipping method. NOTE: This is an estimate. If you are expediting more than one item or a large item (ie ropes, tents, etc) you will receive an updated estimate after your order is placed due to the package(s) being oversized.


  • Orders can take up to 1 business days to be processed. Additionally, orders placed on Saturdays may not ship until Monday and orders placed on Sundays will not ship until Monday.


  • If you need to change your UPS delivery location after the package is shipped go to UPSMyChoice to make the change. Once it leaves our warehouse UPS considers it your property and will not allow the shipper to modify the package in any way.


  • If you need expedited shipping and your order needs to ship on the same day please call us at 740-587-1490 and we will try to accommodate you.


  • Some items do ship directly from manufacturers.


  • Additional shipping charges can occur on oversized or very heavy items. Less than 300 of our items have an additional charge, but the items that do require extra shipping costs are notated in the item’s description. We will contact you to get your approval before we ship these item(s) if there is an additional charge.


  • We also reserve the right to cancel oversized shipments if the purchaser does not wish to pay the additional shipping charges. Also some items are simply too large to ship USPS to HI and AK.


  • Canada Customers, we no long ship outside the USA.


  • US Customers, please use the Ground shipping option or USPS Mail option for AK, HI, APO orders, and orders shipping to PO Boxes.


  • NOTE AK and HI Customers, Priority Mail is the fastest shipping we offer for orders going to HI or AK....


  • Several Brands (i.e. Patagonia, etc) cannot be shipped International. Patagonia also cannot be shipped to a freight forwarding company.

    High risk shipping

    Shipping to Hotels are NOT recommended in any cases. NOTE if you do have things shipped hotels it is YOUR Responsibility to let them know it is coming and get the package. UPS or USPS will not refund fees or pay for packages delivered that you can't find. Shipping to Hotels are HIGH RISK.

    We DO not accept General Delivery orders.

    Customers sometimes ask that the package be delivered to the backdoor, sidedoor or other places on the property. We can try to request that, but we don't own UPS or USPS and can in no way guarantee that nor can any other company. We have no way to communicate with the driver delivering the packages. We suggest in such cases you get to know your driver and ask them for your request.

    ACTS of God: Note ups does not refund shipping fees if 1 , 2 or 3 day shipping is late due what they determine to be an act of God.

    If home delivery is a problem, ship the package to work....
